    One-to-one sessions specially tailored to suit your needs. Informed by research, I can help equip you with mental skills that will enhance performance and transform your mindset.

    Sessions typically last 1 hour.

  • Teams

    Remould your team’s mindset with science-led approaches that improve performance, cohesion and club culture.

  • Workshops

    Interactive, educational workshops that teach athletes, coaches, support staff, parents and wider audiences about key aspects of sport psychology.

    Workshops can cover popular topics such as: increasing team cohesion, improving coach-athlete relationships, developing healthy home/work/education/sport balance, and enhancing performance through the use of psychological skills training.

Where do we Work?

  • Face-to-Face

    Sessions can take place in a mutually convenient location.

  • Online Services

    I am more than happy to chat over online services, such as Google Meet.

  • Over the Phone

    I understand that athletes are busy and are not always able to fit in an in person or online call. Therefore, sessions can be completed over the phone, if required.

  • At Practise

    With permission from relevant personnel, I can work with you at your training facilities.

  • At Competitions

    Sessions can be undertaken at competition venues, subject to permission. This is typically appropriate for athletes who are a number of weeks into their sport psychology provision.

  • Away from Sports

    Sometimes having a break from the sporting environment is what we need. So, I love to grab a coffee and chat at a more relaxed venue.
