Where do Sessions Take Place?

Face-to-Face

Sessions can take place at a mutually convenient location, such as your home or a training facility.

Online Services

It can often be easier to meet online. Therefore, we love to chat over online services, such as Google Meet.

At Practice

With permission from relevant personnel, we can work with you at your training facilities to see you perform in your natural environment.

Over the Phone

We understand that athletes are busy and are not always able to fit in an in person or online call. Therefore, sessions can be completed over the phone, if required.

At Competitions

Sessions can be undertaken at competition venues, subject to permission. This is typically appropriate for athletes who are a number of weeks into their sport psychology provision. 

Away from Sports

Sometimes having a break from the sporting environment is what we need. So, we love to grab a coffee and chat at a more relaxed venue.
