What Other Parents Say:

“So pleased we were introduced to Oliver. We took our 12-year-old to work with him. Our son would get frustrated, as a striker, if he didn’t score at football and found it hard to deal with his emotions around the game and unfair decisions. In just a few sessions we saw a difference in our son. It also opened our eyes as parents too, changing the way we encouraged him before the game. Would definitely recommend.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I attend the sessions with my child?
It depends on your child’s age, needs, and preference. For younger children, we often involve parents more closely, either by sitting in, helping with activities, or chatting at the start or end. For older children or teens, sessions may be more independent to encourage openness and autonomy. Collectively, we’ll decide what feels most helpful, and we’ll keep checking in as sessions progress.
What age do you work with?
We generally work with children and teenagers aged 7 and up. However, every child is different. Maturity, communication style, and readiness matter more than age alone. If you’re unsure, we can talk through it during the discovery call to see if now is the right time.
What if my child isn’t keen?
That’s completely fine and very common. We take things at your child’s pace, with no pressure. Sessions are designed to feel supportive and engaging, not intimidating. As trust builds, many children open up naturally, especially once they realise it’s a space where they can feel supported, express themselves freely, and work through whatever might be holding them back.
